A Chicago beauty studio with two locations wanted to help website visitors choose a service and take the next step toward an appointment. We built an AI assistant that answers studio-specific questions, collects booking requests and passes the details to the team.
Studio-wide figures for Jul 1 – Sep 6, 2026, compared with Apr 24 – Jun 30, 2026. This report does not isolate the chatbot's contribution.
The brief was to help visitors get answers and move toward an appointment. With several services and two locations to choose from, the website needed a way to guide people through that decision. We built the assistant around the questions that come before a booking.
A prospective client may need help choosing a lash style, understanding a service or deciding which location works for them. These are practical questions that can stand between interest and an appointment.
Our goal was to make that guidance available on the website, with a clear next step once the visitor was ready to continue.
We built an AI chat assistant around the studio's services, locations and policies. Visitors can ask questions in their own words and get guidance relevant to the studio they are considering.
The conversation helps visitors explain what they are looking for, understand their options and choose where to go next. It gives the website a way to help before asking someone to book.
For booking requests, the assistant collects the service, location, preferred date and time, name, phone and email. Requests and conversation history are saved, and Telegram alerts notify the team.
Visitors can also continue to Fresha to complete an online booking. A request sent through the chat gives the team information to follow up; it is not a confirmed appointment.
The next step feels easier when the client's questions have answers.
The assistant connects service guidance, location choice and booking requests in one conversation, so visitors have a clear way forward and the team has context for the follow-up.
The website now offers a place to ask questions before booking. Visitors can explore services, choose a location and leave a request through the same chat, with a route to Fresha for online booking.
On the team's side, the saved request includes the client's contact details, preferences and conversation history. Staff can use that context to continue the conversation and confirm the next steps.
