A new Denver nail studio launched without an established audience or acquisition system. We used Meta Ads to generate local demand quickly, start conversations with potential clients and prove the numbers could work before scaling.
The studio was new. There was no established search presence, no meaningful email list and no mature social audience producing appointments.
That made the brief straightforward: fill the calendar quickly, prove paid acquisition could work and keep the economics healthy enough to scale.
We used click-to-message as the campaign conversion instead of forcing completely cold prospects through a long booking journey.
Someone could see the ad, ask a question and move toward an appointment with very little friction.
Campaigns focused on the local service area and the audience most likely to become nail clients, while warmer page engagers were retargeted.
The objective was not maximum reach. It was enough relevant local reach to generate appointments at sustainable economics.
Creative leaned into native beauty content: close-ups of nails, treatment shots, short visual hooks and a simple first-time offer.
Multiple variations were tested early so we could move spend toward the ads generating the strongest responses instead of guessing.
Cheap leads are useful only when the business makes more money.
We did not optimize the campaign to make Ads Manager look good. The real objective was a repeatable path from ad spend to conversations, appointments and revenue.
The goal was never just cheaper leads. The goal was more appointments, more revenue and a system worth scaling.
